Congratulations on tackling the Whole30! I’m honored to see my recipes on your meal list. Good luck to you — hope you have a great 30 days!
Thank YOU Melissa! My fear was not being able to find good meals to make during the W30. A friend directed me to your site! I appreciate how much work you have put into your site and cannot wait to start this program.
I’m on Day 10, and I’m feeling really great. Have fun with it! And Happy Anniversary!
Thank you! Any tips for a newbie Melissa? I am pretty nervous about it. I am not sure why, but I just am. My body really needs this.
Numero uno is clean out your cabinets and stock up on the right foods. I also recommend cooking a bunch of protein in advance so you have it in the fridge for “emergencies.” Do you have Well Fed? There’s extensive info on a Weekly Cookup that’s really helpful. If not, some of that info is found in this blog post:

This is great! I do plan on cleaning out my cabinets and such this weekend! I have received a lot of support this week and am starting to feel more prepared as I get closer to my start date (Sunday).
Thank you Melissa!
I have Well Fed too if you want to check it out Jenna.
Cool! I will let you know if I run out of ideas
Thanks Monica!
