Meal ideas for the Whole30!

With lots of research and advice from Monica, I have a list of meal ideas to get me through the next 30 days. I will do a week by week meal planning as normal. So, keep your eyes out for that :-). Keep in mind when you see something that might not be W30 friendly, I will be making substitution to make sure it is! I wanted to create a list so that if I have a freakout night of what to make, I have something to fall back on, instead of giving up!

Breakfast ideas:

  • Left overs from the night before
  • Salad with homemade dressings
  • added sides
