Meals for week 2 on the Whole 30

Monday: It’s Bob’s birthday, so we are going out. Should be interesting for me!

Tuesday: Butternut squash soup with a seafood choice, any suggestions?.

Wednesday: Stir fry with kelp noodles

Thursday: Hamburgers with sweet potato fries

Friday: Crab cakes with asparagus and bacon wrapped dates for an appetizer.



  • Breakfast – scrambled eggs with ham and lots of veggies
  • Lunch – leftover or salad
  • Dinner – Chocolate Chili
